We are currently looking for people who want to join our team and become Travian Legends Lithuania domain’s Customer Service Representative and Community Manager.

As Customer Service Representative:
• You provide customer support to our players, helping them solve their issues and answer the questions about the game on daily basis
• You monitor gameworlds to make sure players follow the rules
• You take care of Answers, our knowledgebase with helpful information for the players
• You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead

As Community Manager:
• You take care of our players community and forward their needs
• You manage our game forum on daily basis
• You make announcements on the forum and in the game (about game updates, promos, forum events etc.)
• You might be required to do small translations

As CM and CSR you might maintain a team of volunteers who can help you in such tasks as moderating forums or answering to players questions.

Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of Travian Legends
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to organize your own work schedule
